Dave Trosper

• The Dave Trosper State Farm Agency opened October of 2005. I, along with my wife Sherri, opened and built the business from the ground up! We are so appreciative to have been in Oakland and serving the surrounding area for all these years. I have seen and helped with a lot of growth here in Oakland and Fayette County. I was on the Fayette County Chamber board, Chairman of the Oakland Regional Chamber in 2012. I am a proud alumni member of Leadership Fayette. The agency was voted the Ring Can Community Builder Award in 2007. Before opening the agency, my career path included working in the Corrugated box industry for 15 years, the restaurant industry for many years and the U. S Navy that I am very proud to have been a part of. My career path has led me to understand the need and the value of helping educate customers on our products with the highest morals and ethics. Every one of our team members are licensed insurance agents in the product lines we represent, to include Car, Truck, Home, Farm/Ranch Travel Trailers, Boats, Motorcycles, UTV’s, Life, Pet, and Business insurance. We also offer Financial products. We offer insurance and Financial Services in four states: TN, AR, MS and Al.

I enjoy my job immensely, and after work, I enjoy Golfing, hunting, fishing, going to the beach and travel in general. Sherri, my wife enjoys sewing, going to the beach and anything water. My beautiful red lab (Oakley) enjoys being with us, but really shines in the water and duck hunting with me. I'm also a big RAZORBACK fan!
